Join fellow explorers aboard the majestic replica of Juan Rodriguez Cabrillo’s flagship, San Salvador, for a 2-hour sunset sail with complimentary admission and pre-sail reception at the Museum.

About the event

Join fellow Explorers for a reception at the Maritime Museum followed by a 2-hour Sunset Sail on the replica of Cabrillo's historic vessel, San Salvador. The reception will take place on the upper level of the steam ferry, Berkeley, from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm, and will feature a presentation by museum volunteer, David Clark, on the history of the San Salvador and its construction. Guests will then head over to the San Salvador for a safety briefing at 5:45 pm, and cruise around the Harbor from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Beer, Wine & Snacks will be served. Guests welcome!

NOTE: Time change from 5:30 pm to 4:30 pm for the reception.
